After many years of yoga I have gained mental clarity, a personal sense of peace, balance and grace. Yoga has taught me to live more consciously, be open to possibilities and most importantly, that we are all connected to each other. I am enrolled in teacher training to give this back to others.

Yoga inspires me in so many ways. I always thought of yoga as a way of keeping my body in shape, it wasn't until I started training to be an instructor that I realized it keeps my mind and spirit and in shape also. I have grown so much spiritually and have really learned the mind body connection.
